Bank Workers Charity are committed to transforming the wellbeing of the banking community – current and former bank workers, retirees, and their families - by working closely with the banks to promote the wellbeing of their staff. I'd like to nip this one in the bud, early doors. Getting On Board's latest selection of free webinars is booking up a treat, but the lowest one so far is "What can trustees do about climate change?" which we're doing with NPC (New Philanthropy Capital), Liz Gadd and Janet Thorne. Now, we've only just opened for bookings and it's ages away (5th June) but I'm concerned that we trustees have our heads in the sand about the biggest crisis out there. This session isn't particularly for environmental charities or knowledgable climate campaigners, it's for us usual trustees wondering where we can have impact on climate change.
