A 123Send customer for over ten years, and we recently got an offer from another company. I've contacted 123Send to ask what our fees were because I honestly didn't remember after all this time.
Muhammed Hashil called me, and he was helpful, and he not only matched what this other company was offering, but he also made an even better offer! Of course, we've had fantastic communication. He called and made sure that we've had the machine and the service worked on the same day. I can say that it was a great experience, and I'm glad to continue working with 123Send. We are a small family-run business, and we provide this kind of customer service to our customers. I'm so happy a big company can also offer the same. Thank you, Muhammed Hashil. Great job done!
