Audit of Fire Risk Assessments

Fire Door Inspections
Under Article 17 of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety Order) 2005, the employer needs to maintain fire doors so they are fit for purpose. This requirement applies to all buildings and there are now new requirements under the Fire Safety Act 2021 in relation to residential properties.
Fire door inspections should be carried out every 6 months by a competent person. ACT undertake these inspections and can provide you with a comprehensive report with actions and recommendations of opportunities for improvement where necessary
