Our Event Planer Liv has been in Riga on an site visit, meeting suppliers and checking out venues for one of her upcoming events. Whenever we travel we apply our 'Green Nudges', making our trips as sustainable as possible, and using the visits to ensure our upcoming events are as green as can be. Including... 💚 Choosing restaurants that use locally sourced ingredients, and make as much as possible in house 💚 Choosing meeting venues and lunch venues within a short walk from the hotel 💚 Viewing options for the delegate tour which are within walking distance from the restaurant and hotel 💚 Using public transport as much as possible... even out to visit a farm (see horses🐴 ) 💚 Delegate wellbeing, and finding outdoor spaces for delegates to enjoy outside of meetings are a key focus to our event planning Riga is a beautiful city, with lots of offer those considering a more sustainable event, and we can't wait to get back. #DynamicSustainabilityStrategy #EventPlanners #GreenEvents #CorportateCarbonFootprint #WeAreDynamic

When we're planning an event, or researching a location we go to every length possible to provide our clients with a really detailed location proposal. So, events like last nights K-mice, hosted by Korea Tourism Organization at #SamsungKX are ideal to immerse ourselves in the culture and find out more. We got to try local dishes, have a cookery class, make kimchi with a master, we saw lots of entertainment, alongside a presentation on the destination itself which was incredible. Thanks for having us! As we look to expand our team further this year, we asked two of our newsest team members what they have loved about working at Dynamic so far... Event Manager Olivia Davis told us: “Dynamic Events' management dedicated time to train me, and get me up to speed on the whole company, which contributed to me feeling prepared and confident to take on my new role.
