Events Services

Delivering outstanding event production for global brands and agencies. Carbon neutral.

About us

Events trigger emotions. They make pleasure, happiness, and joy happen. Events are about energising, delighting, and building community - all the things we crave as human beings. KGA is a carbon neutral event production company. From our office in London we deliver slick, bold, uncompromising event production services for global brands and agencies. We deliver premium events and experiential activations - like Booking.com’s Cricket Fans World Cup Experience, and Flipper’s Roller Boogie Palace, described as 'Studio 54 on Wheels', with guests including Dr Dre, Usher, and Mary J Blige. At KGA we are proud that over 80% of our work finds us through repeat business or client recommendations - whether we’re working with multinational PR agencies, marketing and advertising agencies, or direct with brands. As a team, we’re highly experienced, fun to work with (or so we think), and faultlessly professional, with a collaborative and straight-talking approach that leads to flawless execution. Every. Single. Time. Amongst the most highly regarded events agencies in London, with a strong reputation for working with high profile talent, we understand our audience, are nimble in our response, and deploy a skilled and experienced team of producers, creatives, set builders, and contacts from film, fashion, and TV to bring the right people to the right project. We do all this with respect for ourselves, our clients, our budgets, and our planet. See more at: www.kgagency.co.uk

Updates

  • It's one year since the King's Coronation already. This time last year Keam George Agency (KGA) uber-delivered on a beauty of a brief. Hope&Glory PR asked us if we could make a replica coronation carriage experience happen. Of course, we could! We created, produced and ran the activation so that during the King’s Coronation Weekend the public could book rides in a majestic, horse-drawn carriage via the Uber app. #eventdesign #experientialmarketing #brandexperience #eventprofs

  • They say all good things come to an end - and in the world of experiential that’s usually true. But what if a branded experience became a permanent feature in people’s lives and even a bottom-line differentiator for the brand?   Ambitions like Netflix House, announced to open next year, demonstrate that some brands are willing to blur the lines between “experience”, “retail” and “entertainment”, taking audience experience and participation to another level. The ‘play, shop, eat’ destination will comprise two storeys of amusement rooms, a 250-seat theatre, a dining area and a marketplace - all themed to popular Netflix hits.   Long-term installations like this sound good to us of course, but do they sound good to you? #brandexperience #experiencedesign #immersiveexperience

  • How to use space effectively. Don’t think in straight lines!   Resonating off the thoughts of creative authority Grant Dudson, designing spaces that have a natural flow heightens curiosity and encourages exploration.   In our “What the Gut” activation, we took this approach and ran with it, transporting visitors to a space where they could explore and learn as they walked through the twists and turns of the human digestive system.   This entertaining and creative approach to environment design also keeps visitors engaged for longer. Nature doesn’t work in straight lines, so neither should you.💡   “What the Gut”!? 👉 https://lnkd.in/etPRPVDf #brandexperience #experientialdesign #experiencedesign

  • More of this in the UK, please! We love the imagery recently shared by Mike Pelosi of a smart brand activation in China - who seem to be prolific with neat experiential PR and marketing ideas lately. It’s a perfect example of physical real-world interaction combined with tech. Two things stand out from an experiential production pov. 1️⃣ Tech amplifies budget 🚀 The vision enables fun and interactivity on a large scale. Developing and building a physical, mechanical ‘grabber’ would’ve been cost-prohibitive for most budgets. But digitising this element of the activation made the idea affordable, feasible, just as engaging, and probably more reliable. 2️⃣ Integrating tech within a 3D environment 🧊 It’s not just a set and it’s not just a screen, but a marriage of the two. The physical component is as important as the digital in bringing people to the activation. Would this have been as engaging if it was simply a gigantic interactive screen?    The physical elements are the scene that draws you in – but the tech elevates the impact and brings scale without unaffordable costs. #experientialmarketing #brandexperience #eventprofs

We love this activation from Fab 🍭 The perfect combination of impact vs cost. From a production perspective, it’s clearly well thought out. The design is on-brand and eye-catching, but we can also see cost-effectiveness in the execution of the build. The design also lends itself well to being easily set up, packed down and carted around the country. What can PR creatives take away from this?   ✅ Affordability 🤑 Xquisite effectively aligned ambition with delivery. No AI-generated over-promises in the mock-up and the activation remains impactful and engaging without costing the earth. ✅ Portability 🚛 It takes knowledge and skill to take a vision and then design it with touring and reusability in mind. To avoid dismantling and reinstallation costing time and money, ask for sets that are designed to be reassembled rather than rebuilt.   ✅ Adaptability 🪄 Another win from this build is its tolerance to different event sites. The design doesn’t need to align exactly with a specific space. There are key elements that can be nipped, tucked, added, removed or repositioned to adapt to the space available. #productiondesign #experientialdesign #eventprofs
