Event Owl

Event Owl is the only events listing website in the UK, with a unique open source automated booking service for event traders to apply for stands, stalls and pitches. We work with both the public and private sector, large and small.

You can Privately or publicly list your event and you pay as you accept each trader - which is automatically handled too.  With fees as low as £3.50 (regular monthly/weekly events) per order there is no membership required or unknown percentage admin fee's to pay making budgeting far easier. Our payment gateway provider is one of the lowest fees in the UK at 1.4% +20p per order. 

We are not a huge business with access to heavy weight investor funding, nor do we try to provide a high tech solution to end all problems, every organiser needs different things at different stages of development. Many of those who have tried fancier systems have come to us for our simplicity and honesty. We work collaboratively with fellow event organisers where everyone lists their events and where traders can apply to all they see in their area and beyond, generating a self perpetuating list of new traders for each event.

The system provides Traders with a much yearned for one profile fits all form solution, and keeps them automatically informed of all stages of the application process.  Over ten thousand traders are now on the system. 

We provide a trusted, personal service for both organiser and trader alike. We work with markets, craft fairs, horse events, food festivals, agricultural shows and country fairs and can also tweak to suit trade shows and other industry events.
