A 123Send customer for over ten years

A 123Send customer for over ten years, and we recently got an offer from another company. I've contacted 123Send to ask what our fees were because I honestly didn't remember after all this time.
Muhammed Hashil called me, and he was helpful, and he not only matched what this other company was offering, but he also made an even better offer! Of course, we've had fantastic communication. He called and made sure that we've had the machine and the service worked on the same day. I can say that it was a great experience, and I'm glad to continue working with 123Send. We are a small family-run business, and we provide this kind of customer service to our customers. I'm so happy a big company can also offer the same. Thank you, Muhammed Hashil. Great job done!

Had a really good experience taken on 2…

Had a really good experience taken on 2 new machines and looking to take on a couple more closer to Christmas. Really fast replies by email and hands down a great service, any problems I did have were dealt with straight away, I would just email my customer services rep and he got it all sorted saved me waiting on the call line. Taking on a new terminal was so fast just one quick signature and by magic it arrived in a few days! Happy customer here.

Good Communication

I have been dealing with Ben Edwards, and althjough we chose to stick to our current supplier, Ben was extremely helpful and worked very hard to find us the best deal. He was always a pleasure to speak to on the phone. We will definately keep you in mind for the future. Thanks :)

I’ve been dealing with Kyle Fuller

I’ve been dealing with Kyle Fuller, he has been amazing! A model employee who went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information and the best deal! He also made sure things were set up correctly (I did have a little trouble with that initially) but happy so far!

We have been using 123Hire/123Send for…

We have been using 123Hire/123Send for many years each time we attend an exhibition for sales. They are absolutely brilliant and in more than 10 years they have never let us down - everything arrives and gets collected back at exactly the planned times, the equipment has never failed and the money is in the bank as soon as possible. I recommend this company and their efficient staff wholeheartedly.

Tyrone was easy to speak to and …

Tyrone was easy to speak to and explained everything perfectly answering any questions with honesty.
Got a good feeling from speaking with him hope business works out as well as the confidence he has instilled in me. Would recommend a friend from this initial contact.

Excellent

123Send have been my first choice since starting trading in 2006. I have had no reason to change. Just recently a new contract arranged very easily with Akshay.... again very helpful. From a service perspecitve I've only had a handful of reasons to ever call 123; and when I have any issue has been sorted without delay. I'll be staying with them.

Very positive experience.

Very positive experience.
Very quick and easy to order, terminals were sent out timely - and was easy to get in touch if we ever had issues.
The process of ordering was very simple and the staff I spoke to were always very helpful.
Only slight negative is that two out of the 4 terminals did not keep charge for any length of time so needed to be plugged in constantly, which was problematic when using at pop up shops etc.

Simply amazing.

Excellent cooperation

Excellent cooperation, I collaborated with Mr. Akshay Sharma who helped me in every step and I easily and quickly completed the application process and started accepting card payments on my company site.

We have been using 123Send now for various years for our annual events and each time we have experienced a great service and customer support from our account manager Cristian Barnes.

The short team hire card machines have proved to be relaible and any issues are quickly resovled.

Thumbs Up

I recently started my own brownie stall at a busy market and realised that handling cash isn't the best option as these days who actually carries cash! I then went about trying to find a company that could provide a card machine with a very short deadline. I wasted so much time contacting companies that done nothing but mess me about, but this one is something else. Their customer service is top quality, I just wish I had have contacted them initially. So now, I use them regular, whenever I have my major market dates... Great work 123send a thumbs up from me.

Loyal customer for 10 years and for many more.

We have been using 123Send for nearly 10 years. They have always provided a fantastic and efficient service. Just had a reconfiguration on all of my terminals due to a company change. Thank you Scott for your patience and to get the terminals working with minimal downtime. A different company of ours used Elavon for a year riddled with problems. As soon as the contract ended we very quickly moved to 123Send. Ever since we have never had a single problem.

Great company to work with

We are an independent artisan coffee chain and just renewed another 4 year contract with a discount thanks to our relationship manager Adam. We worked with 123 Send for few years now, we have numerous terminals and use short term hire facility for busy periods as well. Their tech help is great and able to deliver replacement machines within 24 hours. Overall very happy with the service provided.
Highly recommended.

Big Service for Small Business set up

Nico at 123 was our main point of contact. From enquiry through to set up, we have dealt with the same person who has been extremely efficient, patient, professional and easy to contact throughout, Nico made this a very easy process. I would recommend for other small businesses. Transparent pricing and wonderful to deal with. Thanks also to Chris for excellent service with the admin.

Akshay is a real asset to 123

Akshay is a real asset to 123. He is diligent, conscientious and enthusiastic about his work. As a result, he has provided me with excellent service. He clearly explained the services and benefits of switching acquirers; helping me every step of the way, for a smooth transition.
Even when I had questions and needed help afterwards, Akshay was on hand to provide support and resolution to my inquiries.

Akshay helped set me up with Evalon…

Akshay helped set me up with Evalon card systems and a new terminal. All is working well and its great to see deposits are in my bank account faster than my previous provider.

SEND 123

SEND 123 - The salesman Nico originally explained the business, the benefits and was very patient. I declined his original offer of business but said I would be interested at a later date. He telephoned twice more - the first time again I was not yet ready to use the service his company supplies but the last time he followed up I was ready to use his company's services and he was really excellent in response times to emails and questions. He did everything in a totally professional and extremely patient and clear way.
At present I am totally happy with 123 SEND and the Card machine works very well and is easy to use - Nico is a top man.
