We have used EFX Awards a couple of times now and on both occasions they delivered with excellent results. Sophie, who dealt with our request gave us plenty of options to suit our needs but ultimately left us to decide on the awards needed. There was never any issue or problem when we asked for things to be changed just before the engraving, and the final results were delivered quicker than anticipated with superb results. Will definitely use again.

Dealt with Jack from the team and could not be happier with the finished product. The communication from start to finish was brilliant and the design team not only made a work of art but also clearly took the reigns and researched our company and brought together my ideas with their own.

A massive plus is they also do bespoke designs on a low minimums that really helps when trying to make something special. There aren't many companies out there that offer this and with the professionalism and quality that we received.

We recently worked with EFZ Awards to create our trophies for our annual awards event. From start to finish, the service was brilliant - from prompt responses to really just bringing our vision for them to life. We were all totally in love the final products (so much so I wanted to keep one for myself!) and they looked brilliant on the awards night itself. EFX has been producing trophies for our Annual Awards Black Tie event since 2011. Not only is the quality superb, but the prices are 'correct' and the delivery times are impressive. We were extremely excited to work with EFX, from start to finish the customer service was absolutely amazing! We could tell they were truly motivated and enthusiastic to create us a bespoke award that conveyed exactly what we wanted to achieve. Throughout the whole process from the design, manufacture and up until delivery, they ensured we were continually updated and answered any queries we had promptly and efficiently. They were even able to ensure swift manufacture/delivery in the short time frame we gave them prior to the ceremony. We will 100% be using EFX again for our 2022 awards, everyone that has seen the awards has commented on how brilliant they are.
