£120 for delivery
An ignorant lady from the customer center has delayed our delivery, was supposed to arrive on Friday but they were horrible on production hence delayed to the week afterwards, we urgently needed the banners on Saturday hence we asked whether it’s possible to fix their own mistakes, the lady then attempted to charge us £120 for delivery which we negotiated to £60. They have then put down a faulty address which caused delayed delivery and we have failed to receive our banners on Friday at the end.
As a result, we were not able to open on Saturday and Sunday, resulting in a total loss of £3407.81.
They should feel ashamed to be called Big Art, seriously horrible.
