We have used Fantastic Fireworks for a number of years now and we always receive great friendly service and as the names suggests 'fantastic fireworks'. They are a friendly team and always happy to give advice and answer questions about produces or give guidance on a firing order. Highly recommend!

Excellent support from FF team with our display every year. This year, in particular, with the bad weather their guidance on how to prepare the fireworks against the rain saved our display.

We had a simple wonderful display for our New Year's Eve party. The commissioning process was fun and painless, with a site visit and a bit of tweaking of our chosen music track; our questions were answered about safety and insurance. Mid-afternoon of 31 Dec Andy and another man spent hours in the pouring rain and mud setting it all out including speakers, then managed the display (the rain knocked out some connection so they did it on their phones, don't ask me how!). The fireworks lasted nearly 7 mins and were just FABULOUS!! Could be seen for miles and produced many excited compliments. Every penny well spent. Thank you Jon and the gang, brilliant.

Fantastic Fireworks really made our event one to remember at Colindale Gardens. All customers were wowed by the display and the music. The event ran seamlessly and I was constantly kept updated by the fireworks team who were located a small distance from where we were watching. I also requested to set the fireworks off earlier than expected once the event had begun and this request was met with no issues. Would recommend Fantastic Fireworks!! Look forward to working with them again next year.

Jon, Rino and the team just created the most amazing display for our wedding - we couldn't imagine working with anyone better. As a beachfront wedding we wanted fireworks out at sea, and they organised it all perfectly, setting the whole thing to a medley of our own favourite tunes. It was the most perfect end to a perfect day - guests kept telling us they were the best fireworks they had ever seen, and we would have to agree. Brilliant, friendly customer service from the beginning, couldn't fault anything. Just want to do it all again!

Had the pleasure of working alongside the Fantastic Fireworks team at a wedding I recently coordinated. What a show! My contact on the day, Rino, was a joy to work alongside. Knowledge, friendly, informative and preempted any potential problems before they happened. This meant the display, among other elements to this wedding, went off without a hitch! In 2013 my son was killed in a RTC 7wks after his 22nd birthday. On his birthday in 2014 we decided to send him off with a bang, just how he wanted it...big, loud, bright and fast. We contacted Fantastic Fireworks at short notice and they put a stunning display together for Jamie which included heart shaped fireworks. They couldn't have been more helpful and as a surprise they did Jamie's name on a fireworks wall at the end. The professionalism, help, support, tact and care shown to us and to Jamie's ashes was beyond reproach. I am now looking to use them again, to celebrate Jamie's 30th in March 2021.

I met Jon in Geneva and I enjoyed being a part of the show.. with helping selecting some of the music. it was a lot of fun and Jon and the guys prepared an incredible firework with the perfect music, well synchronised together. Everyone of the 150 delegates at our meeting enjoyed the fireworks. big big thank you!

Excellent fireworks once again; tried a few different ones this year and all went well. The two 'Trainees' enjoyed the training day in September and joined the team letting the fireworks off at our display in November. I have used Fantastic Fireworks for many years and will be doing so again next year. Many thanks.

You call the other 2 companies your competitors? You're not even in the same league as them, in fact you're far below their standards.
Very sneaky of you to look through my reviews, gives me the idea you put your nose in (alot of other irrelevant to your business) businesses.
Noting from your comment, "a small premium" for 🐕 💩 fireworks is definitely not worth it.
Businesses that score 4 or above CAN have negative reviews. But according to you they can't 😂 you're jokes.

Hello JustAGuy - Sorry you feel like that about our fireworks, however had you purchased something from us you would, I am sure, have discovered we pride ourselves on the quality of our goods and service and paying a small premium is surely worth it to be assured of the quality.
Whilst responding I note other negative reviews from you about two of our competitors written on the same day as our review? Bit surprising as all 3 companies concerned regularly score 4 stars or above.
I have purchased Fireworks from Paula at Fantastic Fireworks for a great number of years. I display too three large events and the Spectators always comment on the quality of the show
The delivery is always on time and advice is excellent.

Fantastic Fireworks have provided the fireworks for our school display for over 10 years. They not only provide the fireworks but also train our volunteers to Category 3 standard; so we can safely design, set up, and fire the show ourselves. The training, the range of fireworks and the sales and aftersales service is second to none.

Fantastic Fireworks came to Bodicote in North Oxfordshire on 5th November 2021. It was our 50th Display. We have purchased fireworks from them in the past but this year they took control of the whole show. They put on a tremendous display for us and we have received excellent feedback. The staff were very friendly and professional. We would highly recommend them.

We have used FF for years and particularly appreciated holding our fireworks for a year FOC during covid when our display was cancelled. We also have been greatfull for the training places they provide.
However this is the second year where we have received a significant amount of substitutions when the order arrived, without any notice and with an illegible delivery note. Yes they made the £value up, but they were much smaller. Also one delivered couldn’t be found on their or any other website so I had no idea of the duration. I was also annoyed as some of the fireworks I didn’t get appeared to be still for sale on their website with a oct/Nov delivery. So if you take the early order discount up, be careful.

Andy, I am sorry to hear of your disappointment. There were a number of reasons we had to make substitutions again this year, however you should have been notified and I apologise for that. I will investigate further.
We used fantastic fireworks for our event last week & were very impressed with their service. All our questions were answered in a quick & professional manner & they were more than happy to visit site on multiple occasions to advise us. I would recommend Fantastic Fireworks & would look to book them again if the need arises.
