Fantastic Customer Service

Due to being let down by another company, I needed an iPad stand for my exhibition asap. I called and spoke to Michael, who could not have been more helpful. The quoted delivery was dispatching in 48 hours which left things a little tight. Michael told me he would do his best to get the item out to me as early as possible. Within the hour he emailed me to tell me the stand had dispatched and it arrived the following morning.
It’s so refreshing to be able to talk to someone who not only understands your situation, but goes out of their way to assist.
With customer service like that it’s an easy 5 star review and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Expocart is the only furniture hire we will use!

We used Expocart for our first ever exhibition, and the experience was simply incredible.
Michael was incredibly patient with us, as we had to change the furniture last minute.
We didnt have to worry about the furniture once after it was booked. Everything was set up promptly and everyone ended up adoring our displays! The display case we chose was EXCELLENT, our stall ended up looking like a real store and was a game changer in grabbing attention.
Thank you to everyone, from the bottom of our hearts, we were nervous for our first exhibition, but now we cant wait to do it all again!

Just what busy marketers need

Event marketing isn't easy. More so, if you are a one-(wo)man team at a startup abroad. I got to Expocart with a tight timeline and budget. After superb support and help, I left with a great-looking booth with a reusable modular system and hired furniture in perfect condition. Kudos to the entire team, from sales to operations and delivery!

Superb service and very professional company

We used ExpoCart to make display panels for a trade fair. They were excellent throughout. Communication was perfect. Timing was exactly as they said. The panels were really high quality and arrived in a format that made assembly super easy. We would recommend this company to anyone wanting to use an agency for help with a trade fair - they are good value and super professional.

Excellent service by Expocart

Fair prices and friendly service, you can't go wrong!

We used ExpoCart for the Restaurant Takeaway Innovation Expo in London and they were fantastic to work with, even with our offices located in another country. They were quick to reply to emails and always happy to adjust things along the way.
Only downside was a few days before the event, they updated us that our table was damaged. However, they offered us another, similar table. It wasn't perfect, but things happen and they were quick to remedy the situation. Everything was delivered on time in the right place and available via phone to answer any questions I had.

Trade Show furniture

We were very happy with the service and products supplied by Expo Cart. They were better value than the main suppliers, the process of booking the items was extremely easy and reassurance was given through automated emails following booking. The chairs were at the stand before I arrived and the table arrived soon after. All in all it was an easy, cost-efficient and stress free experience!

ExpoCart: As good as it gets!

ExpoCart. I don't even know where to start. This is the most organized group I have ever worked with in my 18 years of exhibiting worldwide. James Jeffrey was my contact. My company is located in Naples Florida. James, in customer service was above and beyond anything I expected. Never have I been treated with so much respect, in a timely manor, with zero hassle, and 100% knowledge and suggestions, to move my order forward as if I were displaying at a 50 X 50 Meter booth. Five stars are not enough. My company is LOKSAK and I am a real business owner.

Being an overseas company its important…

Being an overseas company its important to source reliable partners. ExpoCart originally approached me for my business - it was perfect timing and their consultant was amazing. He was helpful, full of ideas and most importantly patient and showed me where to save money. My experience was hassle free. I was so impressed that I automatically went straight back to them this year when I needed their services again. Its so comforting to know that everything just gets done. We literally turned up on the day on the exhibition knowing that our stand was going to looking fabulous and in good order and it was. Excellent Customer Service

Thank you so much for you excellent service. I made an error on my stand number, and it was after 7pm when I released. Expocart went above and beyond to resolve the situation. They contacted me immediately and ensured our stand then had all of the furniture deliver to the correct stand, even though it was out of hours.

Simple, Easy and Exactly what we needed!

Very simple transaction, Ordered on line, Furniture was at our stand when we arrived. Someone came and made sure we were happy before the exhibition started and it was collected after. Good quality and at a great price. Very pleased and won't think twice about using expo cart again!

Friendly Service and Great Value

We've used ExpoCart to provide equipment for our stand at two London exhibitions now. On both occassions they offered friendly, helpful advice and everything was waiting on our stand when we arrived as planned.
Best of all they were a fraction of the cost of the 'approved partner' suppliers that the exhibition organisers were trying to push us towards.

Absolutely first class service in all…

Absolutely first class service in all regards. From initial enquiry, to an excellent range of exhibition products. Delivery and collection to the venue was flawless. The quality of the leather chairs, glass topped table, 40" screen and A4 leaflet dispensers enhanced our stand. We had an extremely successful exhibition, with our stand rated highest by the Insurance Ae organisers and our stand visitors, thanks in no small way to the quality of equipment supplied by the Expocart team. Whilst we don't buy on price, the hire rates for the equipment was extremely competitive. We will most definitely be using Expocart again for future exhibitions. Steve Bennett CEO Sparta Group

Great Service

I ended up choosing expo cart as the other nominated company said they were unable to fulfil my order 1 week before a trade show I was exhibiting at. From the moment I contacted them to ordering etc expo cart were extremely helpful. I arrived at my stand and my order was there waiting for me! One very happy customer - will definitely use them again!

ExpoCart did an amazing job for us

ExpoCart did an amazing job for us. Not only was everything delivered on time and in great shape, but one of their couriers even went out of his way to help us hang our backdrop banner. I'll definitely use them in the future. Highly recommended.
