First class service

Great communication, first class staff, very good value for money, a pleasure to deal with all at EEH. Thoroughly recommended for any events and we will use them again in the future.

Summer Fiesta, Brighton & Hove

We hired EEH for our annual PTA event Summer Fiesta, Brighton & Hove. Everything was super smooth, they arrived on time, Jay - our guy on the site was very nice and helpful, the stage looked fabulous. Customer service was also perfect. We definitely recommended it to others and definitely for our next event. Thank you guys.

Would highly recommend!

A super company to do business with. We've used their Grandstand for our Speed Trials event each year for the last four years and have never had a problem. From the office team to the set up operatives, everyone is friendly and accommodating to your event requirements. Would highly recommend and have already booked the unit for next year! Event Equipment Hire - first class service, delivery and price

We've used Event Equipment Hire for a number of years across multiple events and they're so easy to work with. Friendly team and great communication prior to the stage build/event; great prices; solid, modern-looking, well-maintained and clean staging. Can't think why we'd use anyone else. Highly recommend them.

The stage made our event!!

From order to stage delivery company were fantastic throughout. Communication before and after the event by Chelsea made you feel confident in service. Stage setup could not have gone any better. Driver fantastic. The stage made our event and we will definitely be ordering again.

100% recommend!

Communicated with me through every step, and were extremely adaptable for us as a charity running an event which we are so grateful for. They are an incredibly knowledgeable set of individuals and the gentleman who ran the screen at our event (Rich) was simply amazing. We had a scratched disk on one of the movies and he switched it out mid-film without a single attendee realising. I would use them again and recommend them to others 100%.

Amazing and Magical Experience

I have used Event Equipment hire now for last 3 years for our annual Festival Luton Mela for our logistics requirements including screens staging marquees.

Phil and his team are great and always go out of their way to help us even last minute requirements and changes. Prior to the event I always liaise with Leann and she always helps us out making sure everything is correct.

I would highly recommend them for the quality of products and customer service.

A great experience from start to finish. Incredibly straightforward to deal with and gave us exactly what we needed. Support from head office and the on-site teams were both exemplary and I would definitely work with EEH again!

Great customer service and advice

Great customer service especially with to-ing and fro-ing over difficulties with timing at the venue and break down on the way to build. Marquee was great, just what we needed so thanks for the advice given.
Just one comment - on one of the fire exit panels the escape route meant stepping over a trailing wire. Not a major thing and we assessed our course of action if it had been needed. But worth taking note.

Other than that - all good.
Definitely recommend and would use again.

The team at Event Equipment Hire are…

The team at Event Equipment Hire are brilliant. They are always really helpful and if it isn't something they can support with will suggest other contacts. The stage at our colour run event looked great and gives the event a focal point, the service from them is fantastic, from delivery, booking in to collection.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. Everything ran perfectly smoothly from booking to the actual event. I didn't have to worry about a thing, the kit was excellent and the service fantastic. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and we will be using for all of our events where needed. Thank you

EEH fantastic supplier

EEH supplies us with exactly what we needed, when we needed it. All the equipment turned up in good order and looked great. The support from the office was fantastic and the guys on the ground were professional throughout. More than happy to recommend and will be using again.

Great marquee and lovely guys who…

Great marquee and lovely guys who erected and dismantled. If I had one gripe it was that the furniture (chairs) were caked in mid when they were delivered and, also, the logistics team could do much better at advising customers as to when delivery and collection will be. For example, no one told me what time the collection would be at.
Other than those two niggles, this is an excellent company to deal with.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us some valuable feedback,

I hope the guys cleaned the chairs before they were left with you? as I'm sure the guys explained onsite, sometimes in the summer when we move from one job to another, we may have to clean the equipment onsite before use, I'm very sorry if this wasn't explained very well on the day.

Rest assured we try our hardest for equipment to be clean before they set off from our yard, but on the odd chance they are missed, they will always be clean before they are left at your event.

thank you to all at EEH, We used a 18m2 screen for a birthday party at the weekend, the screen arrived earlier than expected which was great. we had more than enough time to set it up etc.
Jamie the operator was on hand throughout the day to ensure it went with a bang.
the quality of the picture was fantastic.

looking forward to our next big party.

I would just like to say a HUGE thanks…

I would just like to say a HUGE thanks to all of the team from myself and on behalf of GSK. Great bunch of guys, without their hard graft our day would not have been the success that it was!! They were very accommodating with respect to the setup and battled through the typical Scottish rain on the dismantle. I would definitely recommend Event Equipment Hire to others, professional and friendly service.

Great Team, Great Service
