My daughter got married last Saturday, I found Wow rentals on line, we hired all their white blossom trees, which were placed at the church and
All over the enterance and ballroom at claridges, the guest could not believe their eyes, and most used words were magical fairy like

I can not recommend Chet and his company highly enough. We are a small rural village amateur dramatic group in Oxfordshire planning to put on a play set in USA in 1901. We wanted just ten bistro chairs for our performances and these were perfect. Naturally for such a small order we had to collect them but Chet went out of his way to assist us by extending the period of hire so that we could use them for some of our rehearsals as well as the performances, all at no extra cost. Great staff, fantastic product, fair price, easy booking process - only downside is that one member of the delivery staff turned up in sandals and so couldn't enter the build site!

We only ordered artificial trees but were pleasantly surprised at how real they looked

I dealt with Chet at Wow Rentals and from the very start when I spoke to him in May about my 50th birthday party on 23rd September 2017 he's been nothing but helpful the whole way through. He sent me videos and pictures of the white maple trees at other venues which gave me a lot of confidence. On the day, the trees turned up as planned first thing in the morning and was all set up ready to go, thanks Chet to you and Wow Rentals, if I ever have another party I will hire them again.

Worst company ever. Told me the night before my wedding day saying that they would not turn up unless I paid outrageous amounts of money causing me and my family immense stress. Took advantage of my vulnerable position. I had already paid over 50% of the total amount and the invoice clearly stated the rest could be paid after the event. So I was completely shocked to receive a phone call on the night before my wedding demanding full payment. After having an agreed price months before the wedding he increased the price by ridiculous amounts the night before my wedding and I was forced to pay this. Stay away!!!!

Chet was amazing and very helpful when we wanted to view and hire the items for our Wedding. I would definitely recommend them! The chiavari chairs were stunning in our venue and the artificial cherry blossom trees and flower arch added that extra wow factor for our wedding, all our guests commented on how beautiful they were.

As an events company it is crucial to us that we can rely on our suppliers to deliver a quality product at the time requested. I cannot fault the items we hired nor can I fault the communication from point of order - delivery.

We heard of WOW Rentals through our venue and got in contact with them straight away for chivari chairs for our indian wedding. Most chivari chairs hurt your back, but the ones from WOW were very comfortable, and looked beautiful!

In terms of service, Chet was AMAZING!! Very easy going and easy to talk to, any question or request I had, he was happy to assist. Thank you guys so much!

I booked Wow Rentals as my chair supplier and i must say that i was totally taken back my their amazing service. I felt like they wanted to be part of my event instead of just being there as a supplier. I also booked other furnirure from them due to the overall service. I would definitely recommend Wow rentals to others. They may not have the biggest range of items online, but don't let that put you off. Where possible they did try and source the things I wanted for a good price. Chet was always super helpful, friendly, and most of all reliable. Great service.
