We are delight by this Professional Company who are genuinely honest and trustworthy. Sunny and Asim were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We hired Ghost Series 2 in black you my daughter’s wedding. This company is responsive and great with time keeping. Communication is great 👍

Used 2XL wedding car hire for my daughters wedding sat27/8/22 and could not of wished for a better company.From start to finish they were very professional and we could not of wished for any better service. Our driver,Rachel was first class and nothing was too much trouble,once again thank you for making my daughters day and I would definitely recommend yourselves.

Booked they're cars through a recommendation and they did not disappoint. Arrived 15minutes early the cars were in showroom condition and the drivers were very smartly dressed. The drivers route choice was excellent they avoided the congested rds and got us to the venue on time. All in all 10/10 would recommend and use again for my other children's weddings.

They did the wedding of my daughter Hannah and Shaun.
They were excellent at communicating with us.
They were very punctual and the driver was very polite and respectful.
The car was immaculate we had the Pearl Roll Royce phantom. I can't recommend them enough. They were fantastic and emailed with updates and were a Very competitive price. Excellent all round thank you for helping my daughter's day be so special.

Excellent customer service from hiring the cars to the service on the day. The cars were clean inside and out and the drivers were professional throughout. After searching for a while I can honestly say this company was the most reasonably priced. We hired two Rolls-Royces and two Bentleys they had all turned up at the same time and much earlier than we had booked. Definitely will use again and also recommend to friends and family.

Sammy & Umar, you guys are a legends! I really can't thank these guys enough!!! Managed to book the Phantom Series 2 the day before my daughter's prom!
We agreed a time, which my daughter said was too early, rang up on the day of the prom and they rearranged the time for us, without a single fuss! None of this "we can't blah blah" it was a straightforward no problem all sorted situation!
You guys totally saved the day after my miscommunication, my daughter will forever remember this day and I certainly will be recommending you to anyone and everyone who asks me!

I can’t say enough about this company and the experience of hiring the phantom. From booking, to the company ringing a week before our wedding to confirm all the details the process was very easy. The driver turned up with time to spare and stayed in contact when he doing the multiple journeys to the venue. He was very professional and patient whilst we had photos with car. I would like to thank your Company, Wedding Cars for Hire for making my daughter and her now husband's day one we will never ever forget in my life. My youngest daughter married her true love on Sat 19th March, a day before her 25th Birtbday. I hired a Wedding Car for the occasion and I am so overwhelmed by the fantastic service the couple received on the day. Her driver, Riz, picked her and her Father up and waited patiently, was attentive, professional and was an absolute gent. The Company contacted us previously on 2 occassions to confirm our dates,times, pick up and drop off as well as emailed us with confirmation of our requirements. The price was affordable and well within our budget, gave us time to pay for the cost. Would recommend Wedding Cars to friends and Family as their Service was exceptional. Everything was just perfect. Lovely memories for us to cherish. Thank you so much.

The website was easy to navigate and backed up with good telephone service. I booked the car early on and when a problem arose for no fault of the company, they ensured it was resolved quickly and effectively. The driver was courteous and completely flexible to what the girls wanted to do driving them around the west end and out to Stratford. The car was in excellent condition. I would definitely use them again and if my experience is anything to go by, more than happy to recommend to others.

Worst service I ever experienced.
All we got was a black van that picked znd brought the groom and family to the venue.
And the driver left after dropping the couple to church.
I won't be using or recommending this service to anyone.

Never got the service we paid for.
Driver was the perfect gentleman to begin with and disappeared for most of the day. Even though we had paid for him to be on site for photos, etc. When he did return he had an attitude and was rude to my sister-in law with mobility issues and telling her to hurry up!!
We tired to resolve the issue with his Manager, who could not deal with our complaint amicably and blamed us instead, when we requested tracking report of the vehicle on the day.
To this day we have not reached a resolution as the Manager has changed his story several times about the events that took place and the conversation held with my husband and myself.
The icing on the cake was today when my husband rang to speak to the Manager again to ask about the tracking report. He started shouting at my husband about us not contacting him on the day, his offer and what I said during a conversation I had with him, which contents were clearly inaccurate and then shouted back 'Leave me alone' and ended the phone call! How rude is that?
Would not be recommending this company to anyone under any circumstances.
