The crew at Ticketebo were always helpful and ready to make edits to the page when necessary
The only "problem" with this event was, many people could not work out the option to nominate a donation amount so they had to select donate $50 multiple times
The fact that there was a donate option as well as tickets was brilliant though!

The Ticketebo booking platform is very user-friendly and it certainly has increased our revenue since moving to Ticketebo's online ticketing platform.
The fees are built in and we don't have the hassle of sorting refunds etc. as it's all taken care of by Ticketebo.
The ticket scanning app is easy on event day and you even have a backup list available for people who forgot to bring their physical tickets.
Use Ticketebo for your next event, you won't be disappointed. :-)

We had another annual Great event Yarra valley Rodeo
20th Jan . after many years of running this event i feel this was the smoothest of all with no hassles at all . Front gate staff were fantastic and all through our ticketing pre sales we had no issues with Ticketebo they got the job done once again for us.

Traveling from California to Scotland and took out insurance through the ticketebo app and booked a highland games. My Spouse was transferred last week to another school in the same district who will not honor the booked vacation time. Every single refund category avenue attempted was "NOT COVERED" and they said try to get your money back from the event organizer even though the games site says no refunds except through ticketebo.
Smells like a scam.

Ticketebo are an outstanding online event ticket seller.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for Oliver and his team.
Extremely fast turnaround on changes required, weekly sales reports that have in-depth information and delightful, friendly phone support.
We as the event managers and our patrons find Ticketebo very professional and efficient.

Using Ticketebo for our high school's trivia night fundraiser made tickets for the night so easy. The staff at Ticketebo were extremely helpful, friendly and checked in with us to make sure that it was set up exactly how we wanted.

Ticketebo was great to work with for our event. We had never automated our end of year event and Ticketebo took the pressure of tracking and selling tickets to our event. Ticketebo did all the design and preparation for our tickets and page. Payment was made very quickly after the event. Wonderful experience which we will definitely do again for future events

I found the whole process with Ticketebo very easy.
Feedback from our volunteers at the ticketing gate was that the scanning of tickets was a very smooth process.
Oliver and the team were also a great sounding board if we had any questions and were very responsive if we required any action.

From start to finish we had the most amazing experience with Tiketebo.
They were very helpful with explaining how everything worked and even when we unfortunately had to postpone our event and offer refunds to those who could not attend, Oliver came to the rescue with tips to ensure we had the least amount of tickets refunded and was more than happy to spend time talking us through things over the phone.
We will 100% use them again, and I would and have been already recommending the to others.

We've now used Ticketebo for 3 fundraising concerts over 2021 and 2022 for our community outreach programs. Setting up the event page with Ticketebo is very quick and easy. Using an online ticketing service was quite a departure particularly for some older members without email addresses, but most can now purchase with ease. As a result of going online we now have many more attending beyond just those within the congregation. The ability to look up individual names at check-in has been a blessing for those who forget their tickets!
