About Us
I purchased an old caravan, converted it into a catering wagon and sell probably the best chickeny snacks you are likely to eat. Find us at events or hire us for your own

We are Scratch.  We serve 5 hour slow cooked then 5 minute fast fried super juicy, wonderfully crispy chicken wings covered in our version of the classic buffalo hot-sauce. 

We sometimes serve speciality saucy eggs, love you long time steamed sticky buns or Greco wrapos.  Anything tasty and from chickens.

You can find us at events up and down the country.
